Dewatering Pumps

Portable Dewatering Pumps

The HS-series is a submersible single-phase portable drainage pump. Though it is a single-phase unit, the pump has the durability equivalent to three-phase drainage pumps, since the wear parts are made of abrasion-resistant materials. The side discharge, spiral design allows smoother passage of the sucked solid matters. The shaft-mounted agitator prevents “Air Lock” that tends to take place on vortex or semi-vortex pumps.

Dewatering Pumps

Portable Residue Dewatering Pumps

The HSR pump is a submersible single-phase portable residue drainage pump. It can start pumping if there is water with its level of 5mm or more and can continue pumping the water level goes down to 1mm. The rubber lined base plate protects the floor surface from scratching. Though the pump is a single-phase unit, it has the durability equivalent to three-phase drainage pumps as the wear parts are made of abrasion-resistant materials. The pump adopts the side discharge, spiral design. The discharge direction is selectable between vertical and inclined, which prevents folding or bending of the discharge hose.

Floating Decanters

Floating Decanters

The FHP-series is a floating decanter designed for discharging supernatant liquid in SBR. It consists of a submersible pump, sludge sensor, and a float. The sludge sensor is a monitoring device that prevents unexpected inflow of sludge or other sediment and helps the pump solely discharge supernatant liquid. When the pump is not in operation, a check ball incorporated in the intake closes the suction opening by buoyancy, thus preventing the inflow of floating sludge into the suction casing.

Automatic Bar Screens

Automatic Bar Screens (Front Screen)

The KE/KS/KW-series is a front screen type automatic bar screen designed for screening wastewater. It is fully constructed from 304 stainless steel. Two or more rakes travel behind the screen bars located at the front side of the unit. Since every rake tooth moves between the screen bars, it can remove solid matters even though they lodge between the screen bars. In addition, the use of a small output motor enables to save the electricity. The bar screen is suitable for use in a waterway with varying water levels. The KS-series screens are equipped with an eccentric roll mechanism that prevents retraction and clogging of the screen bar front edge caused by residue. The KW-series screens incorporate a safety device that can stop the gear motor immediately in the event of abnormal operation.

Automatic Bar Screens

Automatic Bar Screens (Rear Screen)

The KM-series is a rear screen type automatic bar screen designed for screening wastewater. It is fully constructed from 304 stainless steel. One or two rakes move on the screen bars that are located at the rear side of the unit. It has an innovative dry chain mechanism by which the chain or sprocket does not get contact with the liquid. In addition, the use of a small output motor enables to save the electricity. It is suitable for use in a waterway where there is little change in the liquid level.

Dewatering Pumps

Self-Priming Residue Dewatering Pump

The LSP pump is a single-phase portable self-priming residue drainage pump incorporating a submersible motor. The suction attachment, supplied as standard, makes the pump drain water down to floor level. The pump is equipped with a siphon breaker mechanism that prevents reverse-flow when the pump stops its operation. It is lightweight and easy to carry, as the major components are made of aluminum alloy and synthetic rubber. Since it incorporates a submersible pump, there is absolutely no problem even it is submerged in water. The flow-thru design provides maximum motor cooling efficiency allowing continuous operation at low water levels and extended dry-run capability.
