Design

Fully submersible drainage pump consisting of:

Pump: Single stage centrifugal pump with the discharge on top.
Impeller: open multi-channel impeller
Motor: pressure tight, jacket cooled motor, insulation class F, Motor protection IP 68. Cable connection chamber totally isolated from motor housing. With thermal sensor embedded in motor winding. Connection cable: HBP501-507: H07RN8-F4G1 HBP512: H07RN8-F4G1.5 HBP522-555: H07RN8-F4G2.5
Shaft/Bearing: generously-proportioned chromium steel motor shaft, permanently-lubricated roller bearing.
Seals: Shaft seal combined with a double action mechanical seal in oil bath.

Design

Fully submersible, compact integrated motor-pump unit consisting of:

Pump: Single stage centrifugal pump with horizontal discharge BSP 2“M.
Impeller: M = Open single channel impeller for liquids containing impurities and sludge with solid particles. V = Vortex impeller for liquids containing a high level of impurities or fibrous matter and containing gas.
Motor: Fully submersible, pressure tight electric motor, oil filled. Insulation class H. Degree of protection IP 68. Thermal sensors embedded in the winding on request (standard with model Ex). Cable: H07 RN – F4 G 1.5 Model Ex: H07 RN – FPlus6 G 1.5
Shaft/Bearing: Large diameter stainless rotor shaft, pre-lubricated bearings.
Seals: Combination of mechanical seals (silicon-carbide/silicon-carbide) and lip seals in a separate oil chamber. Explosion protection: All models available with explosion proof motors according to II 2 G Ex c d II B T4(T3)

Shaft/Bearing: Large diameter stainless steel rotor shaft, pre-lubricated bearings, models H 121 lower bearing double-row type.
Seals: Combination of mechanical seals in a separate oil chamber. Oil check from outside. H 119 with 1 mechanical seal and 1 lip-seal. H 121 with 2 mechanical seals.
Explosion protection: All models are available with explosion proof motors according to II 2 G Ex c d II B T4 (T3).
